The Service

Lobby is an AI executive assistant that connects to your email, calendar, and other tools to coordinate your workflow. Lobby reads your emails, drafts replies, schedules meetings, updates connected services, and learns from your behavior to improve over time.

Lobby prepares actions for your review. Nothing is sent, booked, or updated until you explicitly approve it.

Your Account

You must provide accurate information when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must be at least 18 years old to use Lobby. By using the service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use Lobby in compliance with all applicable laws. You may not:

• Use Lobby to send spam, phishing emails, or any unsolicited bulk communications
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data
• Use the service to harass, abuse, or harm others
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the service
• Use Lobby in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the service
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to Lobby without written permission

Your Data

You retain ownership of all data you provide to Lobby, including emails, calendar events, and information from connected tools. Lobby processes your data solely to provide the service.

We do not sell your data, share it with third parties, or use it to train AI models. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.

Integrations

Lobby connects to third-party services such as Gmail, Google Calendar, Follow Up Boss, DocuSign, Zillow, and Dotloop through their official APIs. When you authorize an integration, you grant Lobby permission to access and interact with the relevant data in that service on your behalf.

You can disconnect any integration at any time from your Lobby settings. Disconnecting an integration immediately revokes Lobby's access to that service.

AI-Generated Content

Lobby uses artificial intelligence to draft replies, summarize emails, suggest actions, and learn your preferences. AI-generated content is provided as suggestions for your review and approval.

While we work to make Lobby's suggestions accurate and helpful, AI-generated content may occasionally contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all actions before they are executed. Lobby is not liable for the content of messages you approve and send.

Pricing & Billing

Lobby offers paid plans as described on our pricing page. All plans include a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged until the trial period ends.

Subscriptions renew automatically on a monthly basis. You can cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. We do not offer refunds for partial months.

We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' written notice to active subscribers.

Service Availability

We strive to keep Lobby available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.

We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from service interruptions.

Intellectual Property

Lobby, its design, features, and underlying technology are owned by Lobby OS, Inc. and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks, branding, or proprietary technology.

You retain full ownership of your data and content. We claim no intellectual property rights over the emails, documents, or other materials you process through Lobby.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lobby OS, Inc. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Lobby, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid to Lobby in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Termination

You may close your account at any time. Upon closure, we will stop processing your data and permanently delete it within 30 days, as described in our Privacy Policy.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, with or without notice depending on the severity of the violation. In the event of termination for cause, no refund will be provided.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in San Francisco, California.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page and notify active users by email. Continued use of Lobby after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
